Turf Sports Bar

Turf Sports Bar is a timeless Melbourne pub that offers ideal Melbourne CBD function room hire. With numerous areas split up this venue can cater for many different types of functions. The venue has a total capacity area of 400 guests for stand up events, and up to 80 guests for seated functions. As far as Melbourne function rooms go we can be extremely flexible, catering for events of 10-400 people. With friendly and personal service, Turf Bar encompasses a traditional Victorian fit out perfect for cocktail parties, lunches or dinners, corporate functions, sports nights or just a casual get together. Functions are available 7 days a week upon arrangement and can be tailored to suit your exact requirements.

Restaurant Area

The Restaurant Area at Turf Sports Bar can cater for up to 80 guests if you’re staging a sit down dinner or up to 150 guests for a cocktail style event.

Bookies Room

The Bookies Room is opposite the main bar and is ideal for informal and relaxed functions, business meetings, lunches, dinners and corporate events. Offering beautiful Victorian styled architecture, this function room for hire offers privacy, a warm atmosphere and is perfect for a birthday celebrations and social drinks or dinner functions. With the capability to cater for up to 20 guests for a sit down style function or up to 40 guests for a stand up event you’re sure to enjoy everything about the Bookies Room.

White and Chester Rooms

These rooms are well suited for smaller and more intimate gatherings. The White and Chester rooms can hold 6 – 10 guests for a sit down style event, making them great for business meetings, lunches & dinners.

Exclusive Venue Hire

Turf Sports bar is available for exclusive hire, which is dependent on the day and time of year. Turf Sports Bar can hold up to 400 guests for a stand up function and 150 guests for a sit down event for exclusive function room hire. There is no room charge for exclusive events, but minimum spends may apply.
